Actually, a better measurement of fitness is body composition.

22.2 WTF that is close to being what they consider overweight. 5 foot 7 and weighing 142 is far from borderline fat. God damn I am a size 8 and according to this chart I am near overweight?

5'7 is still normal up to 159 pounds.

It doesn't really take into account the amount of muscle your body has though..doesn't muscle weigh more than fat?

Isn't impedance an electrical property?
Also, 21.3. I can't believe Chadj is bigger than me. :(

<<Isn't impedance an electrical property?>>
Yeah.
Impedance: Measured in Ohms, the impedance value reflects how hard a mild electric signal has to work to travel through the body. Lean mass conducts the current while fat mass acts as a resistor to the current. A standard range for impedance is 200-650.

It's all in the butt, did you meant you're fat of the butt?
I know guys like the butt, it's becoming a big wide fad now, more than the big breast one.

Reminds me of a joke in a comedy club.
"I had a white girlfriend once with a black girl's ass. Yeah, I know what you're thinking, but it was just the color black."
