These are T2 unlocked parasite gloves. They've had their blood flares changed to grapple with an exotic flare certificate, plus dispel flares added to the B slot. They also have T3 ensorcell and 1 CER crit weighting with a clean service window. The dispel flares can be increased to 2 or 3 at Duskruin.
These cost 110k BS to build at Duskruin as a plain 4x pair without ensorcell. I bought these for $500 and added the 1 CER crit weighting but ended up using a splitter instead.
