I don't think this is anything but a lame cloak, but its been in my locker forever?
A single pleat in the back of this leather cloak allows the leather to fall from the neck in a cascade of softened hide. Dense black velvet, overlaid with a pattern of stylized arrows in veniom threadwork, edges the front panels of the garment. A slender gold chain of linked squares keeps the cloak clasped loosely for easy movement.
