What happens when you REDEEM HESS certs?

what happened when you redeemed your HESS cert for rotflares or an enchant? Did a Wyrom pop out and worked on your stuff? or was it like the dyer’s where you hold in one hand and the other your item and it automagicked PoOF! your stuff?

Yes, Wyrom instantly pops out and works on your stuff right there and then.

You redeem the cert, an email gets sent to Halise, Halise manually adds the job to a spreadsheet, one of the GMs redeeming certs tries to find you IG and probably does the work remotely, then issues a SEND to you to say it’s complete. If it’s a funky service, it may need a particular GM, which naturally takes longer.

Ah okay. I have ICE age items that I do not wish to be fiddled with and I suppose these certs will catch too much heat from the GMs.

Any ICE age item if handled by a GM must be updated to remove IC IP

I think you are fine as long as you do not give any of those items to the GM to work on. If you have some random item being worked on they aren't going to go "Hmm in your locker you have an Eog Dagger, time for a switch up change up". At least that is what I assume

I redeemed an acuity cert and I didn't get a notification of any kind. I just noticed it was flaring 3 higher than before. I think it kinda depends on if it's a whole new script or just giving what was already there a bit more firepower.

AsG needed a GM to do it.

Enchanting just happened when they got to it.

This was awhile ago though; 5 DRs? 4 DRs? Something like that.
