Creatures that use longswords?

Anyone know of any? I need them for an in-game quest and so far the only ones I know of are shan and bandits (whose weapons crumble).

[Gratkor's Cart - 6323]
This rather large cart sits in the middle of a roped-off clearing. One side of the cart has been folded down to make a short table. Along the front of the cart stands a weapon rack. At the back of the cart is a modwir display case. You also see a path leading back to town and a small sign.

One of the 3 main societies: Col, Voln, or GoS? Or some unofficial society? I ask because I don't recall a society task that requires multiple longswords, although I haven't mastered every society.

In addition to shan the wiki shows centaur, neartofar troll, ithzir janisarry and triton executioner (1 of 4 weapons listed) equipped with longswords. I have no idea whether or not they crumble and I don't have an active account to check. Good luck!

Have mastered Voln & CoL, and never had to loot multiple longswords from creatures. Possibly GoS, but this is the first I've ever heard of any sort of task like this, generally or GoS-specifically.

Thanks for the tip. I checked out the centaurs near Darkstone but they didn't have them. I still haven't gone to the ones beyond Locksmehr.

Centaurs around the lake use greatswords, if memory serves me right.
Vesperti use whips, cuttlass and flails or maybe it's a mattock
Mezic swing blunt weapons and shades use scythes
Dark shamblers do broadsword and shield or greatswords
Water witches have spears
Kobolds use short swords I believe and mongrel kobolds use hatches or handaxes.
Shelfae; soldiers use tridents. chieftain use halberds. I forget what warlords swing, but they don't gen very often.
Cyclops swing some tree trunk
Woodsman swing a greataxe. I don't think wood wights use weapons.
Specters swing a greataxe.
Cave trolls use a spear.
Forest trolls use a scimitar. Mongrel trolls use a spear. Greater orcs with the trolls uses a mattock.
Thunder troll uses a mattock. Wind witches use a long knife (dagger).
Forest ogre uses a falchion. Large ogre has a spear.
Fenghai use a scimitar or a wavy kris (short sword)

I don't recall any creature around Solhaven, other than shan, that uses a longsword. Sadly, the shan weapons crumble.

On the 5th or 6th page, the Centaur link says they can carry longswords, but it may depend on which area you find them in, as they're listed in 4 different areas: https://gswiki.play.net/Centaur

You can do your own wiki search for that term to see if anything else might carry them.

Found this. Don't know if they're crumbly. Maybe if someone has a character in that area they could check.
