T3 snakes are character attuned. You'll only find T1/OTS and T2 snakes that are unattuned.

Huh, color me surprised. All I ever saw of the T3's were that they were character attuned. Okay, thanks for correcting my error!

Ambie gave out snakes already T3 are attuned to account
The ones that the players got unlocked from T0 with Ambie are NOT attuned
