A lapis lazuli inset copper crown

The magical strength of this item is strong. It could probably handle the imbedding of an entirely new spell, if handled with care.
The crown resonates with your voice, indicating that it enhances its owner in the following ways:
It provides a boost of 6 to Sorcerous Lore - Necromancy Bonus.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 35 times.
It provides a boost of 3 to Constitution Base.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 6 times.
It provides a boost of 9 to Swimming Bonus.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 15 times.
The crown looks to have a lot of charges remaining.

You sense that the inset copper crown will crumble into dust after its last enhancive charge has been expended.

You sense that the inset copper crown will persist after its last magical charge has been expended.

it's worth much more than that. sorcery lore in that amount is pretty rare

Aside from a capped sorcerer looking to get 210 ranks in necromancy for that last threshold for 735, there's really not much use for it though... and not many sorcerers are going to completely forsake Demonology to do that.

It was bard sung at 200k, and the gemshop wouldn't buy it, but being newly returned I wasn't sure if the sung value was equal to what players would value it as. However, it kind of looks to me that benefits of Necro lore kind of out-weighs Demo lore, so I've been going 1x in Necro and playing catch-up in Demo.

But...as I said...I'm kinda new again, so I might have missed something.

Bard sung value is often misleading. It is a very old mechanic that hasn't been updated in a long time. It assigns value to an item based on its properties. But those values aren't always aligned with what players want, so bard value is often not indicative of what someone will pay for it.

The gemshop won't buy anything past a certain value. When you can't sell to the gemshop, you are left with selling it to another player for whatever you agree upon, or take the ~35K max from the pawnshop.

I tend to be in the camp that this is a pawnshop item. I agree that you don't see a lot of necromancy enhancives, but I also don't see there being a lot of demand for it based on how that lore works and how most sorcerers are set up. You can always put it up for auction with a 35K min bid and see if anyone bites.

Thanks, Malmuddy! I kind of suspected that the Bard sung value was a bit off. I'll probably just toss it into my locker for now, (not really hurting for the 35k+ atm), and if I ever get my main capped, I'll decide then if I'm going to make use of it.

Again, thank you everyone for your help!
