Looking for a blue cloak with a nice description. Prefer bright/deep/royal/etc blues over pale/light/etc, and the desc shouldn't indicate it's in poor condition (no wrinkled/torn/etc). It needs to hold a significant amount or more, weight doesn't matter as long as it's not stupidly heavy (it's for a giantman, but even that doesn't justify a 15 lb cloak). It's for a lower level character, so I'm not looking for a million silver spidersilk cloak or anything like that, but I might bend on that if the properties justify it and the desc is perfect for him.
