Mind over Body (1213) has received a small update. It has been updated to save fractions of stamina savings to apply to future stamina-costing abilities. For example, if your 1213 spell grants you 27% stamina reduction, and you activate a normally 50 stamina cost ability, the reduction would be 13.5 stamina, which would reduce the cost from 50 stamina to 37. However, now, that 0.5 stamina is stored for later, so the next time you activate that ability, it would only cost 36 stamina.

Pretty awesome.

At this rate we will have Savants by the end of the year.

Even though Savants are a pure class, they'll also be limited to 1x in Spell Aiming because no one outside of 1206 SK items should be allowed to fully utilize the spell.

Well yeah, the minor mental spell list belongs to the people! Who have money!

Apparently the implementation is a little screwed up(integer math, don't ask me). Oscuro is working on a fix.

They were operating under the assumption all stamina REDUCTIONS were truncated (i.e. you were supposed to reduce it by 20.7, it reduces it by 20)

In actuality it was the COSTS that (could be) truncated (they were rounding down if cost was <= X.5)

As a result it slightly (slightly) increased costs seemingly because a lot of standard stuff gets "correctly" charged now, instead of always rounding down. It's not a big difference but they thought they were giving us a straight buff. Basically they thought the change would make every other ability cost slightly less that previously, and the opposite is true where every other ability costs slightly more.
