8 CER Robes

Looking to get a rough cost estimate on some 8 CER robes.

I've got a set of +25 8 CER robes currently, and considering completing the enchants on them up to +30 or +35. Trying to get an idea if it's worth the essence to do that, balance the opportunity cost out a little bit.

I'm not sure what your robes are worth on their own, but it's pretty easy to make the decision based on how much the enchant job would cost you. 5x to 7x is 158k essence. At 200 per essence for a low difficulty job like that, that's 31.2 million. You might be able to get a lower rate on the enchants if you're patient enough.

There's already a cloth robe on the player shops (coincidentally, being sold by me) just shy of 8 CER padding at 7x for 30 flat. I might be underpricing it, but nobody's bought it yet, so perhaps not. :)

Robes are hard to sell, Not many robe users, however being a robe user myself 30m for 7x 8 CER crit is a good deal IMO. Being that I bought my 7x 6 CER Crit Voln robes for 36m (OTS is 10mil + 4-7x + 6 CER Crit) I got a good deal IMO. Granted I can't T5 them. You would beable to T5 these.

P.S. You never get what you "paid" for enchants. Just kinda how the market works, generally from what I've seen 4-7x would cost 31.2mil @200 however a 7x item would sell at 15-20mil without CER

Thank you both very much. That gives me a really good ballpark to look at.

I'm doing the enchanting myself so it's not really "costing" me anything other than the opportunity to make 31.2 mil from someone else. But right now my skill is low (mid-level with only 30 wizard ranks) so my essence isn't really that useful to the higher end community yet. I'm kind of relegated to enchanting plain perfects...and apparently crit padded stuff. I was very, very surprised that I'm getting the "success on all but fumble" messaging on this armor still at it's approaching 6x now.
