I have had a couple questions in game and messaged about the enchant difficulty of bows. With a level 100 wizard and 126 spell ranks, no enhancives, with pet, and at workshop it is still = 97%
You sense that the sephwir long bow already bears an enchantment and that you can only fail to enchant it if you are horribly unlucky.

Based on a few friends feedback I will be taking this bow off auction and finishing it. It also appears that you can not use tokens on anything over Heavy in which I was not aware applied to bows.
