Cleaning out some old lockers.

A shaft of ivory-hued bone extends from the casted black vultite head of the awl-pike. The lightly polished smooth bone is wrapped with black suede around the bottom of the haft. The simple vultite blade has been adorned with flecks of white starstone, the only color to the otherwise deep black metal. A tiny inscription winds its way down the haft starting near the head of the awl-pike.
There appears to be something written on it.
In the Common language, it reads:
