Capped wizards, maxed magic skills, 217 wizard ranks 250 silvers per essence about 150k ish available.
General enchanting potions included in the price unless the item is enhancive or sanctified in which case you'll have to bring me an Urven'eth potion or the ingredients for a Urven'eth potion https://gswiki.play.net/Urven%27eth_potion, each potion has 5 pours.
I also have a small amount of mid range essence for 150 silver per essence.
