Have to wonder what goes into the mentality of this sort of thing. While technically a seller can choose not to sell an item up until the item's exchanged hands, it's bad form.

Short of a circumstance where the item is worth vastly more than the original price, I think most reasonable people would just eat the cost.

I got a killer deal on a 14mil exp sorc he won the bid on and backed out of a few months back, so I guess I should thank him for being such a huge bitch ass.

He sounds like a huge buttface but there isn’t a deal until an exchange occurs. There was no exchange and he isn’t obligated to sell to you.
