Selling a Landing shop 40m flat, I'm on the fence about selling this with Duskruin coming up but 40m would push me over.

You ever sell this shop? Or are you still interested in maybe doing so?

No it didn't sell, I'm going to hold on to it until after duskruin though to help get rid of the mounds of bits and bobs that come from the arena. If you're looking for a shop you're best off posting on the officials, there still a hoard of shops left that need to be raffled and town permit buildings reactivated.
