What's the stats on the item. I can run some numbers.

6x SWCW parasite weapon, T3 obviously. Lining up T4 and T5 casts. I can tell you that 170 sorc ranks and maxed secondaries won't cut it from what I've seen so far.

CER 6: -36
Bone: -250
T4: -200

That's -586 before whatever the penalty is for the parasite script. I'm guessing -250 like sprite weapons. That brings it to -836.

Highest possible ensorcell score for a 303 Sorc Spell dark elf is 763. So theoretically a perfect stat, full enhanced, 303 Sorc Spelled Dark Elf would need to roll a 73 to get that T4.
