Treasure trove pull - ineptly cured rotting electric eel

Found this damned thing again and would rather sell than continue to carry around. Needless to say, to something I don't use or have any need of - likely fun for someone though. Never used. Specs are below.

It could be activated by waving it.
It will disintegrate after its last charge is depleted.
It is a small item, under a pound.
The eel can not be worn.
It looks like this item has been mainly crafted out of organic material.
Empowered: MaxCharges of 1400
Imbeddible: rechargeable

I tested a few years ago and it only worked with minor shock, there is also a cap of 40 charges. You can try loading a 90+ charge imbedded ranger wand but the bow will still stop after 40 flares.
