There was a bug that was causing (new) enchanting (925) to be much more difficult than intended for fusion armaments. This should now be resolved.

gave actual penalties on discord (by number of slot):
25
75
140
225
325
450

the bug was apparently adding like 200 extra difficulty for no reason, or was setting it TO 200. Either way the penalty for standard 2 slot fusion was between 200 and 275 when it should have been, 75.

The same bug is adding 200 difficulty to fluff scripts as well for some reason, the glowing orb script for example.

Potentially different. That one makes more sense. He said they have a safeguard where if a script does NOT have an explicit enchant/ensorcell penalty set, it defaults to a super hard one. So if they screw up and forget to set it, it won't end up with 0 penalty and then they have to deal with a bunch of unintentionally enchanted/ensorcelled stuff (again)

Definitely good news, glad they are looking at stuff like this instead of only focusing on paid events.
