"perfect" stats for a DE cleric?

got my alt rocking and rolling and has support for me to start with perfect stats at 19 so hoping one of you numbers folks knows how I can set this bad boy to near perfect from the jump.

I love you for forever.

Sidenote I don't care about being able to raise dead if that is a stat I have to tank either
