Equal parts appraisal and, "What the hell is this?" Scoured the wiki and can't find a match for the verbs, so I've no idea where it came from.
Edit: appears to be a consolation cloak, though verbs don't quite match those listed on the wiki.

$bard says, "This one says it's less than one pound, not two."

>inspect my cloak
You carefully inspect your hooded cloak.

You estimate that a black leather hooded cloak can store a gigantic amount with enough space for any number of items.

You determine that you could wear the cloak, hanging it from your shoulders. The cloak appears to serve some purpose.

>analyze my cloak
You analyze your hooded cloak and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions, but the creator has stated that "The item has restrictions on changing the noun."

You can tell that the cloak is as light as it can get and that its pockets could not possibly get any deeper.

Identified 22 verbs so far. Notes: 'push/pull' do not conceal the wearer's features, 'shake' and 'shake my' produce different results.

>open cloak
You throw back the edge of your hooded cloak over your shoulder.
>close cloak
You wrap your hooded cloak tightly around yourself to keep out the cold.

>push/press cloak
You push the hood of the cloak back off your head.

>shriek cloak
You look around in your hooded cloak, and suddenly shriek in horror!
>wail cloak
You wail and tear at your hooded cloak in despair!
>glance cloak
You mutter about too much junk as you search through your hooded cloak.
>attend cloak
You attend to your hooded cloak, making the cloak as presentable as possible.
>shake cloak
You shake the dust off your hooded cloak.
>shake my cloak
You shake out your hooded cloak, causing it to swirl about you.
>spin cloak
You spin around, sending your hooded cloak flowing in a billowing arc behind you.

Holding the edge of your hooded cloak, you give a deep bow with a flourish.
>tap cloak
You pat at the folds of your hooded cloak, absentmindedly looking for something.
>pet/touch cloak

Nice, seems like a match! Added shriek, attend, and tickle to the OP.

Incidentally, I checked the consolation cloak listing on the wiki (https://gswiki.play.net/Dizwhig_cloak) before I posted but found the verbs didn't match. I assume different versions of the cloak were produced.
