I've been around for 1 arena run but I was doing it on a single capped character. I was thinking next time I could get more scrip by running a duo, even if they are only mid level. I have a bard and cleric who are both mid 30s and swinging. I think they'll probably be mid 40s by the next run. I'm pretty sure the cleric would be more effective as a pure but I'm wondering about the bard.
Pure bard gets a lot of hype but I'm wondering how that works out mid level going 25 rounds. I'd imagine the mana doesn't hold up. As a swinger he's already wrecking stuff with 509 and 307 added. I could probably add
+10 more in weapon enchant
+15 in enhancives that I already have but don't use
+15 or +40 more from Blessing rank group buffs
he'll have Tonis by then
With all that and 10 more levels he'd be swinging at like 410 at 47. That's without CM. I could fixskill that in. I don't mstrike either but that too could be fixed in.
That has to be the way to go right? Its hard to imagine casting could outdo that in the 45-50 range. But I'd like to hear from someone with some actual experience in the arena in this level range. Because I know speed is also a factor and that's where this guy would not be so good.
