These were the UAC gear with the fortunate pricing mishap in Bloodriven Village. My monk picked up a set before they adjusted the prices.

Not sure if they're worth 10m, but they're fantastic for low to mid level characters planning on just hitting from the open. Knockdowns galore mean you're less likely to get hurt while tiering up.
