Alt Ranger - TWC - Need some advice

Hey guys and gals, I was hoping for some advice on skills placement and hunting strategy.

I have an alt I haven’t played in awhile and I wanted to pick him up again. Not sure he’s in the best condition, but with the fixskill coming up, I was thinking about how best to maximize him and I wanted any input.

Also, any suggestions on what I should be hunting at this level to really get in some good experience and a full mind? Seems I keep doing a poor job of it.

A few things I won’t / can’t change:
1. I can’t fix stats. His strength is, I think, pretty low, but I’m not going to pay for a fixstat pot.
2. I don’t want to go archery. I sort’ve like TWC with spells, but if it’s really not viable, then let me know and any suggestions otherwise.

Get into double chain (50 ranks) or Aug chain (70 ranks), get your ranger spells to 640 for WoT, and drop your half-assed ambush build. Dump the extra points into MOC to at least 30 ranks for mstrike and get your TWC up to at least 1.5x. Kill tertiary skills until the former are done.

A 24m post-cap build is not a particularly useful benchmark for a level 47 ranger.

2x edged
1.5x cman, twc
1x pf, dodge, hp, perception
Armor 70, or 50 if you have something nice already
Spells 640, rest in 100s atleast 107
30 Moc for x2 single target
Fill in rest between 20 ranks climb, 10 ranks swim, first aid and survival.
Lores as able

Twc usually doesn't leave pts for skinning without sacrificing
