Wanted: DR 6x Greater Void Runestaff

It seems like people really enjoy their void flares; anyone want to educate my ignorance? Also, off topic but anecdotally my unbalance flares feel like they got a buff? I use those myklian scale UAC gloves with unbalance from..some event or another. I don't remember particularly enjoying them but they've felt great the last week or two.
