Fast, Crit Weighted OHE

Looking for a fast, crit weighted OHE...something like a short sword, preferably, but I'll entertain other options. I've got $$$

There's a 4x perfect razern dagger in Sixle's RR shop... only 2 CER, but could easily be added to if you catch the WPS merchant making rounds.
