Okay, probably a dumb question, but would you receive higher amounts of health/mana/spirit/stamina from a weapon with a T5 compared to a T1? I know the AS/CS acuity flares would be greater the higher the ensorcell level, but I wasn't sure about the other types of flares.

They go up by tier. For as/Cs its +5/+3 respectively. Mana and health are similar. Higher chance of health increase
