6x, T5, Spiked, Maxlight, VHDP, max fire resist, anfelt zests. 75m.

8x, T4, Spiked, Maxlight, VHCP, pucture resist, fully unlocked Rikelle (6 alter slots). 110m.

All fullplates are 38lbs maxlight, altered beautifully, and battle tested to be worthy of my stamp of approval. No bidding. Will take silvers (m), bloodscrip (.8m per k), or pp f/f (5 per m). Obviously weighted to silvers and bs.

How much resistance is “max”?

Slit-eye
01-25-2020, 07:24 PM
Quite the good question. 37.5% fire resist on the Anfelt plate. The puncture resist on the Rikelle plate is 20% from masterwork fittings.. maxed due to enchant and padding level.

Wait, the puncture resist is from warrior fittings? Those are temporary. Is this permanent or temp resistance?

Slit-eye

Both are temp at those prices. Both fresh.

Wow, I would have mentioned that in the post. Nice armors but not saying what’s permanent and what’s temp is bad communication.

Is the padding temp or perm?

It should be obvious. The resists are ranger and warrior respectively. Everything else is permanent and the pricing should be reflective of that. If you have further questions, please send me a PM as this thread being derailed like this seems trollish.

The Rikelle Plate was bought from Beld a few weeks back. I think it got another tier to ensorcell. Is going from T3->T4 ensorc worth 25 mil? Not sure.

It was purchased at 425 bucks. At the moment prices were 5 bucks per mil, so he posted the bid as 85m. Now prices are 4.25 per mil. It had the fourth tier of ensorcelment put on it, the fittings, and an alteration added. Considering the ensorcelment difficulty, and it having costed me 7m for it I figured an additional 10m above my personal cost on the armor was fair. 425$/4.25 = 100m, +10m = 110m. I apologize if you don't think this was fair, but since there is complete transparency and given your reputation, I have to question the motive of the post.

lol, way too defensive on what is legit just me asking if the ensorc was worth it.

btw, Beld priced it at $325 @$4 per mil not $5 as you are suggesting, see below;

I will allow silver bids with silvers valued at $4 per I have a 85m bid from slit-eye Going Three times last chance! If you are doing cash it would be at $340 right now

spiked as well

Examining the plate closely, it looks like it is very heavily padded against critical blows.
You notice that custom fittings have been added to the plate, making it resistant to puncturing attacks.

[A leather-strapped set of field plate embossed with a skull and crossbones has a combat effectiveness rating of 12 points of Critical padding. It has 0 of 30 services towards the next full rank of combat effectiveness.]

You analyze your field plate and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions.

The creator has also provided the following information:

This armor is able to transform from armor into clothing at a simple TICKLE. Both the armor and clothing may be freely altered. The unlocking status of this item is: Three times, fully unlocked.

The clothing portion of this item has been unlocked. It can morph between six different looks by TURNing. Please note that the base description (15/15/15) must remain the same for all alterations. Additionally, the alteration type must remain the same as well: Either ALL long descriptions OR ALL shows.

You can tell that the plate is as light as it can get.

Just full buyer info for anyone buying.

Seriously why do you care other than to shit over his sale. Prices change all the time, and when someone owns something, it's their right to ask whatever they want.

You're acting like nobody has ever sold something for more than they bought it for. The information you posted 'Just full buyer info for anyone buying.' Is easy enough for anyone to find, Not like you were providing anything new to the conversation.

Incorrect. I was going to end the conversation at my first post, heck even Slit-eye’s initial unedited reply (which I read btw) but then he started on complete lies about how much he paid for it and what Beld was selling it for that he forced me to correct the matter by citing the original source.

Again, didn’t add any commentary other than stating that it’s just for the buyer info. That’s it.

Complete lies? I'm done with this guy. I don't recall you being there for the sale, or the offer, or any point in between. I have no control over what was posted... and since I can't delete this now completely derailed thread, I'm simply going to let it die.

Guys, seriously, calm down. I buy a lot of shit from many of you here. I’ve also been ripped off many many times. I know many of you guys are merchants and thus trying for a profit; just trying to give some info since I had my eye on Beld’s plate when it was being sold as well so I knew of it. I don’t usually meander into these merch threads.

Maybe before you ask us to calm down, you should not be so quick to say people are lying, or to shit all over their sales thread like you uncovered some big scam. You don't get to have it both ways.

If you criticize people, expect it in return.

I think the word “lying” was harsh but I’ve been taken for a ride more than once and never have I spoken up and just took my lumps.

Although, I did speak out this time I do think the reaction to what was legit trying to be honest/help was a tad harsh as well. My two cents.

I just worry for the newer players where things aren't so "obvious"

Also “max fire resist” for ranger resistance is 47.5% not 37.5%. The latter is what the first plate has. But maybe that was an obvious mistake too?

I think the usual (and best) practice is to say “ranger resistance” or “warrior fittings” for those resistances. But seller quickly clarified that’s what they were. There was nothing hidden. And markups are what make the world go round; nothing wrong with that. I don’t agree that these were “obviously” temp resistances, but I understand seller thought they were obvious and there was nothing malicious about it.

not labeling them as temporary resistance is a huge no-no. there's tons of armors out there now with perm +resist due to DR certs so most people would go in with those expectations when its mentioned in a sale. i wouldn't even bother listing temporary resists as a selling point for things at these prices

Eh. I've got enough rep, and enough happily completed sales on PC to where it shouldn't be "assumed" I was looking to scam anyone. I apologized earlier in the post if people were gettin' their panties in a knot over the descriptions, and then bein' dog piled on by someone with no agenda other than to derail the thread out of spite for not winning an item previously got me a bit hot under the collar.

But fuck it. I couldn't really care less, and this thread has been killed six times over now. If you see something up there that you wanted to talk about, make an offer on, or purchase - you can reach me in game or PMs. You can also buy it at player shops if you don't want to wait, at the advertised flat price + mark up for shop sales tax. I'd recommend hittin' me up first though, since Wehnimer's Landing doesn't need to be taxing items that have such a high price tag.

Oh please. Mr. “couldn’t care less” basically marked up the price and put every attribute about the armor as a way to justify the markup. It’s not obvious and individuals, at this price point, would understand resistances to be permanent.

Folks in this thread are right to call it out.
