Shortcut somewhere for lich?

Trying to come back to Gemstone after 4 years or so. Followed every wiki and lich/ruby link I can find, uninstalling everything I can find and trying again, ad nauseum. I supposedly have a version on my computer now (at least there's a searchable file directory on c:) but I can't find anything to launch the program and know if it's installed properly. Any help?

Finally got on, but now lich is trying to open scripts from a onedrive account...
