If your character can read scrolls, there were those 20-use arm tattoos that have 117 on them. I'm sure someone besides me has hoarded a bunch of them (assuming you're specifically looking for ways to get 117).

Nope, they work with greaves

How many are you looking for? I don’t keep them stocked but they charge up pretty quick.

Also, fully charged with these items typically means roughly 25 charges instead of 40. Because old nerfs.
