This pretty much tops off max stamina (the cap is +50 from all sources and depending on your stats the extra +3 dex, +6 disc and +4 physical fitness bonus in this kit could cap you off)
If you use a boost enhancive recovery, this kit will also get you to the cap of +50 stamina recovery. For those of who you might not be aware, +40 stamina recovery gets you an additional 40% of your max stamina per pulse (so an additional 100 stamina per pulse if this kit gets you to 250 max stamina). Also has +10 max mana to boot.
Should generate some good mana by sigil of power... (I assume someone has set up a lich script to just keep hammering sigil of power as stamina is recovered...). The kit is relatively free of random stuff* (which keeps the down the cost to recharge at the AG).

*The other random stuff is +8 perception bonus, +5 ambush bonus,+5 max health, +5 health recovery, +1 armor use ranks, +2 MIU bonus, +3 shield use bonus. Enhancive "ranks" are what really drive up the recharge costs, and this entire kit only has 1 rank.
