Does the AS bonus only work for bows, or other weapons (OHE, THW, etc.) as well? The wiki is written a bit ambiguous on this point.

If it works for other weapons, I will take it.

It is basically wizard strength at 2/3rds the effectiveness all around. Oh and it involves gardening magics and you have to use/cast it outside to work. That is pretty much all you need to know about it.
