I actually read something about this. The main thing I remember from the article is that if you get a song stuck in your head, sing the theme song to Gilligan's Island in your head instead. It works for me after the first time. (oddly) I always seem to have a song in my head but some get really annoying and I have been doing this to get rid of them.
