After discussing with some people in regards to value on an item like this as it's more so an end-game enhancive for most CoL pures, I opted to put it up for auction and see where it lands.
A +2 Max Spirit Orb sold for 70million in 2017, which probably puts this item at a higher value due to 1) Silver cost being lower than 2017 and 2) It being a piece of jewelry instead of an orb that otherwise would be needed to take a slot.
