Please tell me how to fry up a hamburger using a frying pan. It is currently frozen.

Please also keep in mind that I messed up scrambled eggs not too long ago.

Let them thaw out.

Put a very small amount of oil on your pan and eat up on medium eat

Put on patty

Let cook and flip over once one side is brown

Flip every few minutes

Check center to see if it is the desired style

Eat

Set on low heat. Put a lid on it. Flip every so often. When you can poke through it, turn up the heat a bit to boil off the water.

Oh, sprinkle garlic salt on each side after it thaws.

You can do this with it starting out frozen by the way.

I always let 'em thaw so you probably win.

That's why you thaw it in the microwave first... Arkans has the right idea.

You don’t need oil unless you are cooking in an iron skillet really, but then there is also taste.

Your way works too.

Yeah, microwave thaw.

And iron skillets are fucking awesome

I'm disappointed in how much I know about cooking.

Step 1: Put it in the George Foreman

Never had much luck with thawing in a microwave. The one I have now actually does a great job. You punch in the pounds of meat to defrost, and it goes through this 10 minute routine where you remove it, flip it, put it back...

But you can skip all that.

Put in pan, put in 1/4 cup of hot water and let simmer on medium heat until meat thaws or until water boils off. Add a dash more water and spice to your taste (I use montreal hamburger seasoning and or worcester sauce) as hamburger starts to turn brown, flip and repeat process. Add onions for more taste.

I have titled these burgers bachelor burgers... and love to fix them when the wife is out.

I opened the window. I think I over estimated when I put them on defrost in the microwave, because they're definitely a tad over well done.

Stun has a Foreman grill, as well. It makes life easy for the burger/chicken making ways.

Tiny bit of oil, vegetable typically. Have the burger non frozen through letting it defrost in water/bowl in the sink or buying it that day. When you have nice tasty burger mix in garlic and a steak spice mix....maybe Italian seasoning or oregano/basil if making it for spaghetti/lasagna. Shape the patty... not too thick unless you're grilling... a lot of newbie cooks make that mistake. Then cook it on medium if you're nervous, high if you are confident...until both sides seem reasonably well done yet aren't starting to go over the edge into burning. Top with nice tasty fresh vegetables and condiments. Potentially melt cheese on in the microwave before topping/putting in bun. Eat.
