Etched pewter stickpin... first offer of 10m takes it, delivery to landing/solhaven/icemule.
Relevant loresong below. This is definitely mage rechargable, not empowerable. And it is persist on mage rechargable. Note that it is crumbly on enhancive, but it has giantman charges, so it has plenty of charges before it will go poof from using the enhancive. Definitely persists on spell.
