Private Workshop Access

This is an estate attached workshop that can be set to one wizard. This means the full extra bonus to enchanting. I am mulling the idea around because when the old enchant system runs its course there will not be a wizard working from here. It wouldn't be a lifetime access but as long as rent is kept up. There is a lot of details I would still have to work out assuming, but I want to hear what people would think it is worth. I want to keep it in use firstmost and then not be annoyed by some one that does.

This is just access to use the workshop, nothing else.

Is there that much of a bonus to private ones?

I think it’s +10 or +20 more. It’s not huge but there’s always that one item where you just need a *little* bit higher chance ...

CHE/Wizard Guild: +60
Private: +80

New system

Public: +25
CHE/Wizard Guild: +50
Private: ??? (AFAIK this has not yet been tested)

You don’t get any extra bonus for ensorcell. Hopefully that carried over for the new enchant system.

You don't get any extra bonus for house over guild or public either with ensorcell, with ensorcell a workshop is a workshop. Since house gets an extra bonus over public, stands to reason that facet didn't go away for private either.
