Sounds like a good wife-finding area. :noob:
Watch out for wood-chippers. But how can it be so bad with an Arby’s on every corner?

Hasn't anyone ever noticed how consistently depressed Arby's employees are?

Living in Wisconsin and having a cabing up north I will have to admit that this is true.
States other than Virginia suck.

I believe she's back.
So 900 miles later I am in Billings Montana. This place is worse than Minnesota. The only thing this state has to offer is... Cows.
At first I was planning on insulting North Dakota, but aside from some gas station having the Canadian flag flying at the same level as the American flag (for those that don't know that is a big no no in flag etiquette) and the state being nothing but flat land, the national park right before I went into Montana made up for it. Tomorrow will be mountain driving...

Jesus Christ, you think Billings is bad? That's the BIGGEST city in this whole fucking state. Trust me, you ain't seen nothing yet 'til you try to visit the other so called cities here. I live in Butte, which has around 38,000 people and last I knew, it was the 5th largest (or close to it) in Montana. So I can agree, Montana is terrible.

Also, Montana isn't all flat. I can see the Rocky Mountains outside my window and the elevation is over a mile high. You're just in the wrong place to appreciate it.

Montana is just cows... hell this place has livestock grate things at every exit and entrance onto the highway here. It might just be because its winter and everything is brown and white outside.

I remember those grate things. Up in the Shetland Isles (Island north of Scotland) where my grand parents used to live, they had these grates at all main road junctions which I was told were for keeping the livestock (Mainly a hundred sheep or so) from wandering onto the roads. But damn if these things don't keep people in as well.
About as wide as the road and 10 feet long with a painful 2-3 foot drop inbetween the bars that are spaced 4-6 inches apart!! I twisted my ankle and bust my face open on a drunken trek home through the highlands

Well, I am off again. On the agenda today, a nice ride though the rocky mountains.

Parts of Montana are breathtakingly beautiful and it has a higher concentration of right wing wackos than most other states. You should love it.
