I put it up for 10m because idk.

Looking closely at the vultite leg greaves, you see that it will cost 10000000 coins.
It imparts a bonus of +20 more than usual.
It is a holy item.
It has been infused with the power of a lightning bolt.
It has been temporarily enhanced.
Its enhancement will degrade when the wearer is struck in combat.
It should have quite a few uses left before the enhancement degrades away completely.
When its enhancement has degraded away, the item will lose its ability to grant greater protection.
It is very heavily padded to lessen the damage the wearer takes.
You can PULL the vultite leg greaves to remove it from the inventory.

Padding detail:

Some old spiked vultite leg greaves has a combat effectiveness rating of 12 points of Damage padding and a 76.6% chance to have a combat effectiveness rating of 13. It has 23 of 30 services towards the next full rank of combat effectiveness.

I guess if you're a groin kicking paladin they might be pretty spiffy. Or something. Lightning flares on sweeps and groin kicks, plus reactive? IDK.

FWIW I think I paid 500k for some acid flaring spiked leg greaves. Definitely fun for a sweeping rogue.

Flaring leg greaves are nice for sweeping, but having spiked tacks on a penalty - which can be trained off using a CMAN; Armor Spike Focus.

I had fun sweeping things with my spiked, fire flaring greaves, but sometimes that extra -10 penalty would be just enough to prevent a successful sweep where I couldn't rely on it like I used to before the greaves and I didn't want to sacrifice CMAN pionts to learn Armor Spike Focus.
