bane works with runestaves now, there is currently one in the chest for 300k

Probably doesn't even matter. Runestaff enchant only affects DS, but as a sorc or wiz, your DS is already probably so high due to spells and the stance you're casting from, doubtful you even need to get it beyond 6x.
