Klaive at least tries to roleplay. Warclaidhm, well, it's hard to just vote him because he's so young. The others are minor marvels in the ass clown field. But the truly stand-out idiot has to be Vif. She's always vulgar and OOC, sings modern songs, and is just all around generally annoying. I never see her roleplaying.

Problem is, people listed here (and others, no doubt) are jackasses for different reasons.

I dealt with Warclaidhm when he was Vorthais. That poor dude just does not get it. He does not seem capable of learning and understanding what is and is not acceptable. I cannot blame someone whose gene pool was obviously poluted.

Klaive knows what he is doing and chooses to do it anyway. So does Sean (in all his various forms). I really think Vif knows, as well, and just does not care to try.

The latter three, to me, are far worse than the first. The rest, I do not know.

I haven't played in so long.. but all this talk (and logs) about Vif reminds me of Galadril (not Galadriel!). Does anyone remember her? She's the one who'd get on the amunet just before she logged off for the day to say "It's Miller Time!"

And every single conversation with her was either sexual innuendo or blatant sexual talk. Not that there's anything wrong with sex, but the chick seemed to have an obsession with it. Heck - I loved sexual innuendo and loved using it in my RP. But I only used it when it made sense to do so - I didn't go out of my way to find something sexual to discuss in every single conversation with every single person I RPed with.

I knew Galadril went on to be a GM for a Gemstone wanna-be, and actually saw her GM persona in that game when I tried it out. Tacky...just totally and utterly tacky. Like a common New York City street whore. And she even seemed to think it looked good. It wasn't even well-written! I tried that game for one more day and couldn't stand knowing that she was given responsibility over the players, so I made a beeline outta there.

Maybe this Vif person is another character for Galadril's player?

The biggest idiot who has yet to lose that title of distinction has to be Drizzsdt hands down. I cant image him liking to be "lowered" to 100 trains or less once G4 comes in.

I bet he will be a huge target if he decides to stay. I have heard through many parties of the acts he is "owed". And since it's quite obvious to me he is favored by the GMS and that since he's a bully to start with, he would be wise to hang it up or suffer from various parties' paybacks for actions he gave for no reason. How many people did he sleep, steal from (And lied about it) stun and kill just for no reason?

Its just the same as someone using CMAN Disarm on someone intentionally without provocation and selling their blades... cursing to cause gear to drop then imploding before the owner can recover them.... There's lots of scenarios and its all abuse, pure and simple... CMAN Smashshield or whatever it is will be treated the same way if used wantonly with the intent to cause loss.

What's funny is when the tables are turned on the abusers and they fall victim to the same treatment that they impose on others. They are usually the first ones to seek intervention from the GM's.

When I first started playing this incarnation of Edaarin about 4 years ago, I used to pick a lot in the East Tower. I had few problems with power pickers (got along fine with Mxenna, Suvar, Malok, Alysinia etc), but for some reason Drizzsdt always got under my skin during the 15 (maybe more?) or so months he spent picking there.

Had an encounter with him last week in the Rift for the first time since the Jant invasion last summer. He's either a lot more mellow now or I just got annoyed a lot more easily back then. Whatever the reason, he's okay by me now, and I'll be the first to admit that my expectation of him being a pompous jerk in game were wrong.
