Just as the title says, I've got a 3-orb fusion set of FGB and an ethereal armor defensive strength flare waiver that I need appraisals on.
As you glance over the waiver you notice something written on it...
This will unlock or advance your ethereal armor's defensive strength flares. This waiver will take it from tier 0 to tier 1. This waiver will ONLY work if your item isn't unlocked yet.
