I don't have any perfect handaxes at the moment, but send a message to my inbox if you don't find one elsewhere and I can make you one. I don't generally work with steel since I have so many slabs from the generator to work through, but if I have a buyer lined up I don't mind doing it... it'll take a minimum of a couple weeks though...

I do have quite a few hefty/superior handaxes of various metals in my shop for much less then a perfect though (hefty and superior are the same quality)... look in Sixle's shop in River's Rest if those would interest you.
