How to transfer money from banks?

I've been away for a long long time and am jsut getting back.

I have a premium account. I tried buying the thing from the SIMUCOIN store where you can trasnfer money from one bank to the other.

I went to my local bank and it said I needed to go to the SIMUCION store to buy it. WHen I tried to buy it, it wouldn't let me because i'm not a FTP.

What am I missing?

Pretty sure you're looking for the BANK verb, where you can, with the proper Simucoin or BOOST chosen, you can BANK TRANSFER or BANK CONSOLIDATE... more info on the GSWiki (https://gswiki.play.net/Bank)

I was able to get a GM involved. I'm familiar with the bank verbs and had tried those with no luck.

The issue was I'm not a citizen and that was causing the problems of me not being able to transferr.

Huh... I've never heard of banks requiring citizenship to be able to transfer money. Strange. Can I ask which bank(s) you were transferring from and to?
