Do you know when the change over is? The officials said the potion exchange vendor in the wizard guild would be released soon but that was almost 2 months ago.

You can switch whenever to new but if you do your locked in otherwise you can stay in old for a year

Still no "phase 3" from Naos yet, we cannot trade-in potions yet. In phase 2 he added warmage kills to essence gathering and extended the old style enchants but as mentioned once you do a new type you are locked out of the old. I would have to look up the drop dead date but it is now <11 months. :D
