Lookup Sentral as he has 7x, fully unlocked ethereal armor that may fit what you're looking for.

I've seen it, not too familiar with the armor type. would be nice if the wps merchant/wagon was coming around more readily

If I had a character I played as a main that used brig I would of snagged that armor from him already. Definitely worth it.

Flares about 1 in 2 hits, and each flare from this set gives you +25 DS and +10 crit padding for that hit. Great set.

They have zero default padding i believe. At 150 service points and my guess is at min 1-1.5k (and more likely 2-3k) bs per point average, it'll take a while to get HCP without padding/PP certs
