It doesn't say you'll be able to ride them, only that they will be released. Maybe they've been locked up this whole time and the mounts will be released into the wild so they can romp and play.

Fuck. I was excited for some high tear fluff grinds. I am not usually a fan of fluff, but I figure to get people spending for the least effort, fluff is great cause it can be "impressive" but with no mechanical benefit the balancing and loophole/exploit QC is minimal. But you bring up a solid possibility.

Maybe mounts will be the next step of the travel overhaul, and mounts become the city-to-city urchin guides, better horses further distance.

They'll take you from town to town quickly, it's part of the teleportation review system. You can only unlock crysaegir and the northern caravansary with less than 100,000 simucoin of entries. You can't leave the area of the town your horse is in or it is confiscated by Elanthian PETA

You aren't paying just to go in and then using silvers while on the grounds? This is something totally different it seems and I'm confused how it works. It looks like entries are for sale? You pay admission (passes) with Simu Coins ($ via their store) OR you buy admissions from players who have bought them that way. This will typically be in silvers, but it entirely depends if any sellers see a market to take the $ risk.

Once in the event you will play games to earn the event currency, which in this case appears to be raikhen. You then spend this currency on items in stores. The event itself does not accept silvers.
