how to make damn charts

Use a tool with an actual explanation on how to use it. "Paste your data here" doesn't count for anything. Maybe it's assuming you're using a CSV to export your data in the first place is the only thing I can think and wants you to paste that. And even Excel doesn't handle those properly without opening the file first and asking what's separating the values and how to interpret it.

So use Excel and make a table that way. And then just export it to whatever format you want. (Or if you're one of the poors, OpenOffice is free and has an Excel clone)

Edit to add: CSV is also an option, and it's probably the one that table converter you linked at the top wants to turn it into BBCode.
