So, ladies and gentlemen, is it yours or hers? This is one of the most freakish things I've ever seen. Do the results of a one night stand belong to the giver or the reciever? Of a fifteen minute stand? What sort've reproductive rights are derived?
All I can say is I really don't think this was a frivolous lawsuit.

If you don't actually have sex, there's no way you should have to pay for the kid.

I heard about this before I read it here, and its a damn shame they dont consider that a reason to sue. That woman is a complete wack job.
How can you expect a guy to pay for a child he didnt willingly help create? I'm gonna save your sperm, create a child you dont know about, then when I cant pass it off as my husbands, I am gonna slap you with a paternity suit and make you pay for him.

I feel sorry for the child. Obviously its mother is a desperate wack job.
The man has every right to sue and shouldn’t have to pay a single nickel in child support. The child's mother is a physician, so she should have no problem affording the cost of raising a child.
I hope there is some law under which this woman can be charged. He should have punched her in the stomach after to make sure she swallowed his cum.

You really have to wonder at the circumstances, all told. I don't think it counts as theft, but I don't think he should be obligated to pay child support.
