The war troll heart pendant is made of transparent glaes which allows you to view what looks to be the beating heart of a war troll inside the glaes. Near the bottom back of the pendant, two small holes have crusted over with a substance you have never seen before, sealing off the heart held inside.

Fires every 2 minutes approximately, not related to pulse timing. Rarely it misses a fire (there must be some random roll to see if it fires) but it restores between 15-50 or so hit points every time it fires. It works outside of enhancives so it doesn't effect max health regen numbers. I've considered trying to pair mine with a set of max health regen enhancives, I think that would be pretty crazy. It doesn't fail, it doesn't have charges, it'll work forever.

Lets flat earth this. So if we accept that it will be mine, and work backwards from there, throwing out all "facts" that don't fit that narrative, it becomes pretty obvious. Look I got like 60k BS, 60M silvers, 80 entry tickets. 300ish unsorted duskruin enhancives, a few high end T3 fusion orbs that I would overprice because I NEEDZ EM! Come on now!
