Which slot does OB (offensive bonus) go into?

I know this is autodated, but wiki says Enchant is category A and OB/DB/TD is category B:

So this would mean you could have a 10x armor with OB bonus on it... but some say this can't be done. Has anyone tried?

Good luck getting OB added to an item, other then Zelnorn of course.

Pretty sure it's the same as flares since zelnorn can't be player enchanted, neither can TD/Defender items.
